CANCELLATION POLICY
General cancellation policy is 24 hours.
Please, get in touch as soon as possible, if anything should change and you shouldn’t be able to come to your appointment.
Cancellations on the same day or No-Shows will be charged 100%. – exceptions are at the discretion of BodyEssential.
If you should have a rash or skin conditions or a cough, feel sick / you’re getting sick, Please, get in touch as soon as possible and don’t come to a treatment.

We retain the right to not treat people who are sick or have skin conditions that could be contagious. – to guard the client’s and equally the massage therapist’s health & wellbeing.
If you have the possibility please do take a shower
Please, don’t wear perfume / after shave when coming for a treatment.
Sessions that have to be cancelled due to above and in contra-indications listed conditions count as a late cancellation and have to be charged.
