
For this 1-on-1 sessions, I employ the knowledge I’ve gained from my career as dancer, choreographer as well as teacher, working with professional dancers as well as amateurs and general movement enthusiasts.
In frame of my dance and performative work, I’ve been practicing conventional dance techniques as well as further somatic traditions and methods such as Yoga, Pilates and Continuum Movement.
I love to explore how these different traditions and methods can compliment one another – not just to serve professional dancers but anyone who loves to support his/her physical wellbeing and health and is interested to develop his/her body awareness and their body’s own intelligence.
To connect to our breath, to improve strength as well as flexibility and to support a healthy alignment is key.
